<Let's learn more about DCF!> ~Learn how to be a professional DC facilitator~Jim Bonneau will be holding an online seminar

We have planned an online seminar to make part of the web course created for training VMC Global Japan certified one-day trainers available to the general public. The lecturer will be Jim Bonneau (who lives in Seattle, USA), a director of our corporation and a major contributor to the systematization of VMC theory. He will provide an easy-to-understand explanation based on his knowledge and experience as a professional in corporate human resource development. Two interpreters will be provided.


[Target audience]

It is preferable that participants have experience studying VMC theory, but everyone from beginners to experienced practitioners is welcome to participate.

[Jim Bonneau's profile] As Arthur Hull's right-hand man, he has made a major contribution to the systematization of VMC theory and is a supporter of VMC Global Certified Trainers. He is internationally known as an organizational facilitator and a professional in corporate human resource development. His skills in effectively communicating policies and building trust through dialogue are put to good use in drum circles.

Jim served as vice president of Blue Point Leadership Development and was involved in human resource development for companies such as Microsoft, General Electric, Mayo Clinic, American Express, and Salesforce. He then went independent and founded Rumble Group, expanding his reach around the world.
