How to apply
Please click the application form below.
・Cancellation fee is 60% from 7 days before and 100% from 3 days before.
・Regarding refunds of entry fees in the event of bad weather (in the event of force majeure)
―――In the following cases, we will refund the participation fee excluding the refund transfer fee even if the cancellation fee period has passed.
(1) When transportation is delayed or canceled due to bad weather such as typhoons, heavy fog, or snowfall.
(2) When transportation is delayed or canceled due to force majeure such as an earthquake or flood.
(3) When it is difficult to go out due to the issuance of an emergency declaration, etc.*Personal reasons and judgments are not covered.
・The seminar may be canceled or postponed if a state of emergency is declared regarding the novel coronavirus.
・Temperature measurement and disinfection will be done at the entrance.
・If you have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, you will be refused entry.
・In addition, please take measures against corona, such as wearing a mask.
・The windows may be opened at the venue for ventilation.
