・Participation fee includes training fee for 3 days, venue fee, textbook fee and VMC completion certificate issuance fee. ​
・Accommodation and meals are not included.
・After applying, please transfer the full amount within 2 weeks. After confirming the transfer, we will secure your seat.
・Cancellation fee is 60% from 30 days before and 100% from 3 days before.
・Regarding refunds of entry fees in the event of bad weather (in the event of force majeure)
―――In the following cases, we will refund the participation fee, excluding the administration fee of 5,500 yen (including tax), even if the cancellation fee period has passed.  
(1) When transportation is delayed or canceled due to bad weather such as typhoons, heavy fog, or snowfall.  
(2) When transportation is delayed or canceled due to force majeure such as an earthquake or flood.
(3) When the government, prefecture, or city requests to cancel the event due to the influence of the new coronavirus infection.
Or, if you become a positive person or a close contact and cannot go out, we will refund the participation fee by submitting a positive certificate of the person or a related person.
